FIGHTING IRISH MAKE A STATEMENT AT THE GLENOAK INVITE

The Fighting Irish started their 2021 journey with an impressive showing at the Glen Oak invite

The day began with the men’s team taking an impressive 2nd place finish for Division II and a 6th place finish overall. Freshman Kyle Hammer, led the charge for the Irish. He was followed by Junior Andy Thomas, Freshman Sammy Robinson, Freshmen Michael Walter, Junior Luca Richuitti, and Freshman Patrick Scahill. The key for the Irish men’s success was the tight pack that involved also AJ Chiera and Steve Jones.

The Ladies team followed up with an even more impressive showing by winning the Division II title and finishing runner up only to state powerhouse Hudson. The Ladies were lead by Sophomore Anne Rea who also finished in 2nd place overall. Anne was followed by Junior Olivia Kindbom, Senior Amelia Moll and freshmen Scarlett Powell and Maggie Pariso.
